1. Service Description & User Agency
SperoFlow AI provides a proposal-first personal operating system that synthesizes weekly schedules, tasks, habits, and learning roadmaps. All schedule modifications and calendar changes require explicit 1-click user confirmation before altering third-party calendars.
2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing (Paddle as Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Power) include a 7-day risk-free trial. Unless canceled prior to the expiration of the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged the recurring subscription fee. You may cancel at any time through our self-service Customer Portal.
3. Non-Medical Device Disclaimer
SperoFlow AI incorporates educational Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) reflection frameworks and journaling prompts. SperoFlow AI is not a medical device, mental health clinic, or diagnostic provider. The service is designed purely for educational and organizational purposes.
