1. Our Core Privacy Commitment
Your thoughts, goals, and personal reflections belong solely to you. SperoFlow AI adheres to strict data minimization principles: we do not sell your personal data, nor do we use your private journal entries or personal notes to train public foundation models.
2. Data Isolation & Owner-Scoped Graphs
All knowledge graph connections, goals, and milestones stored in our Neo4j database are partitioned with strict cryptographic OwnerId boundaries. No cross-tenant access is permitted.
Emotion analysis for journal entries uses localized models (roberta-base-go_emotions) that abstract emotional metrics without transmitting raw personal journal content to external providers.
3. Payment & Billing Data (Paddle.com as Merchant of Record)
Payment information (including credit card numbers, billing addresses, and tax identifiers) is securely collected and processed directly by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). SperoFlow AI never stores or has access to your full credit card details.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to export all your personal data, request complete account deletion, or revoke third-party calendar connections at any time via your Settings dashboard or by contacting privacy@speroflow.space.
