1. 7-Day Risk-Free Trial
All Pro and Power subscriptions come with an unconditional 7-day free trial. If you cancel at any time during the first 7 days, your card will not be charged.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Billing Period)
If you are not completely satisfied with your paid plan after your first charge, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial billing date. Contact support@speroflow.space or Paddle support to receive a full refund, no questions asked.
3. Self-Service Cancellation Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click via our self-service Customer Portal (Manage Billing) or directly through Paddle receipt emails.
When you cancel, your account will remain active and retain all Pro/Power benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
4. Merchant of Record Support
Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, you can also manage refunds, disputes, or receipt lookups directly via Paddle.net.
